Grocutt & Sons Ltd, 56 Greyfriars, Stafford, ST16 2RG, is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. We take that responsibility seriously, particularly at a sensitive time.

If you send us a message using our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, how you would like us to contact you, and your message.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to use our services, to arrange the funeral with you. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you go on to arrange a funeral with us, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

Your message is sent to us by email. It is not stored on this website and is never sold or shared for marketing.

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to help you. Records relating to a funeral we arrange are kept for as long as we are required to by law.

Our contact page can show a Google Map. It only loads if you choose to show it, and Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us on 01785 251444 or at steve@grocuttandsonsfuneralservices.com.
